Compassionate Support for Your Path to Personal Transformation

Meet Becca!

Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor & Clinical Mental Health Therapist

Hey there! My name is Becca, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Ohio (C.2406115). Are you someone that feels easily hurt by the words of others and struggles to speak how you truly feel? Do you doom-scroll on your phone, eat mindlessly, and slip into the cycle of avoidance, distraction, and repression?

I am here to walk with you and guide you towards a place of self-love and self-acceptance. Let’s get you to a place where you will be able to make it through the day without wanting to escape from reality, to be content with who you are as a person, and what life encompasses. To discover your strength and ability to protect your peace.

Primary areas of concern that I work with include trauma, those on their journey towards self- love, addictions, bariatric counseling, weight management, mindful eating practices, the LGBTQIA+ community, and caretakers. Let’s work together to uproot what is impacting your life and plant new healthy seeds that will blossom.

Current treatment modalities I offer include EMDR, mindfulness-based CBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness techniques for emotion regulation, and person-centered. I specialize in bariatric counseling and will be a board-certified bariatric counselor in 2025. I believe experiences and being able to connect with others are extremely important aspects of the counseling process. I bring a very unique set of experiences and provide unconditional positive regard. Let’s set up a time to chat for a few minutes to see if we may be a good fit for each other!

Inside Scoop: All About Me!

Most people describe me as a warm and fuzzy, empathic individual. I am lucky to have a family with my partner of 11 years, 1 daughter, and 2 senior dogs (that I still describe as babies). On a deeper level- aspects of life that are extremely important to me (aside from my family) include culture, connecting to my roots, and identity. I am a proud ally of the LGBTQIA+ community. In my free time I am typically engaging in mindfulness activities, in the outdoors, working out, learning new recipes, increasing self- sustainability, and spending time with my family.
