Compassionate Support for Your Path to Personal Transformation
Meet Becca!
Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor & Clinical Mental Health Therapist
Hi there! My name is Becca, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Ohio (C.2406115). Do you find yourself overwhelmed by sensory experiences, struggling to articulate your feelings, or feeling misunderstood by those around you? Are you navigating life with ADHD, autism, sensory processing challenges, or another form of neurodivergence—or wondering if you might be?
I am here to support you in embracing your unique self and creating a life where you feel empowered, understood, and at peace. Together, we can break the cycles of avoidance, distraction, and self-doubt, helping you build tools to navigate the world in a way that feels authentic and fulfilling. Let’s work towards self-acceptance, emotional regulation, and discovering your strength to protect your peace and thrive.
My primary areas of focus include working with neurodivergent individuals, trauma, those on a journey toward self-love, addictions, mindful eating practices, the LGBTQIA+ community, and caregivers. I’m here to help you identify what may be holding you back and guide you in planting new seeds for growth and flourishing.
I offer treatment modalities including EMDR, flash, mindfulness-based CBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness techniques for emotion regulation, and person-centered approaches. As someone with a deep understanding of neurodivergence, I strive to create a compassionate, accepting, and collaborative space for healing and growth.
I also specialize in bariatric counseling and became a board-certified bariatric counselor in 2025. I bring a wealth of experience, a commitment to connection, and unconditional positive regard to our work together. Let’s set up a time to chat and see if we’re a good fit for your journey.
Inside Scoop: All About Me!
Most people describe me as a warm and fuzzy, empathic individual. I am lucky to have a family with my partner of 11 years, 1 daughter, and 2 senior dogs (that I still describe as babies). On a deeper level- aspects of life that are extremely important to me (aside from my family) include culture, connecting to my roots, and identity. I am a proud ally of the LGBTQIA+ community. In my free time I am typically engaging in mindfulness activities, in the outdoors, working out, learning new recipes, increasing self- sustainability, and spending time with my family.
